Soft corner for feminism

I believe that society has been male dominated. Norms and cultures, around the globe, favors male in some manner.
Male domination is still very much existent.

And maybe, because the people I love most in the world are mostly women, I can't help but admit that I have a soft corner for feminism.

Real Men are Feminist!

Where are your ethics?

Ethics.
It’s a trait of stereotyped good men.
It must be something from the childhood. Like good manners and morality put inside right at the age of innocence. Preference to justice above self-interest, is what makes one ethical.
Ethics is compulsory. It’s humane. It’s the ethical thing to do. Everyone should possess this trait. But the tragedy is, what should be, is not.  I believe being unethical is deep-rooted into one’s childhood.  It’s either incomplete education or the generation of situations to be compulsively self-interested that makes people unethical. It’s possibly a habit developed as outcome of situations like living in poverty, living dissatisfied, being disrespected, being hated or being very different, where selfishness is compulsively acquired.
Ethics and moral studies is schooling’s must. It’s those people without this education, that’s making world a difficult place to live in.

Ethics is a moral choice. It’s not a reward but a luxury that you can boast of. So it’s the first thing you would like to throw in the testing situations. Everyone’s not rich enough to afford the luxury of carrying ethics with oneself. So expect not from everyone to be ethical. Especially not from the people in compromising situations. Cheap opportunists are more abundant. Be aware.

Changing the perception of identity

Something as dramatic as our identity, has now become a matter of our choice. We don't inherit the identity, we got to invent it, as often as we like. You decide everyday what kind of person you want to be.
-          Barry Schwartz on TED while speaking on a different topic.

Identity was inherited back then. Religion, culture, tradition, profession, caste, surname, and even name and political belief was inherited. And that would be his identity.
But now, things are different. We have the freedom to be who we want to be. And if we don’t have, we should have that.
I am talking about rights to create our own identity breaking the barrier of inheritance. A taste to little more freedom. Freedom to choose religion or not believe religion. It’s about liberty to follow cultures and traditions, from all around the world, and modify even, as one individual wants for himself, and celebrate what he feels must be celebrated; being able to have his own identity, and not shadowed by the past due to inheritance. Choose you own profession, choose your own name, and choose your own surname right when you reach the age of adulthood. Or turn 18, from my PoV. And even political belief should be the result of your critical thinking and not inheritance.
And if only had the world have open visas, we could actually get to choose our own nation. There would be no such thing as my country, but free countries. Choose your own constitution, own nation. A nation you would be truly proud of.

But this perception of identity is evil eyed, by the nationalists, and the conservers of tradition and culture. What they don’t understand is that freedom is essential to discover the true self and become self-satisfied. And freedom should have no barrier, not from present boundaries, and not the strings from past. Hail freedom!!

Communism sucks!

Communism has a fallacy!
The reason I am atheist is the same reason I don’t believe in communism.
I am highly cynical about living by the authority of a powerful entity with boundless powers. Even the very thought scares me.
The basic policy of communism is to have no ownership, and everybody is equal and share equal goods. But then, what about the government? Will it not become a group of people with excessive power?
The motive of communism is pure, but how can people actually believe that communism can exist. People think of a world so equal and beautiful. But what about the possibility of existence of communism? Everyone cannot be equal since some needs to be in the government. And that bunch is immensely powerful.
It’s not the motive but the practicality of the theory questioning its existence; that worries me. I don’t hate communism; I simply don’t believe in it, and would love to retain my freedom to myself on such case of uncertainty.
And also it’s must that equality not be enforced upon by distribution of equal goods but equal opportunities, since hard work and talent cannot be equalized with the ignorant and lazy.

Like a god it is, divine and good motived but the existence questionable, in my opinion, impossible, impractical and illogical.
